If he packs the side with players who normally don't play it might not necessarily be a weakened side. He may inadvertently stumble upon a stronger side than he has used before. He must in his own mind have combinations of players he would like to try out but never has done outside of training. This is a perfect opportunity.

Its not going to happen though is it, the lure of managing a team at Wembley will over ride his caution regarding possible league position loss, in truth I would do the same if I was in his position, GTFC for us is for life, theres more than a fair chance that for him its two years max, thats football
