Good to see the young man play last night. I thought he had a blinder. What a find! He will keep the strikers on there toes. Exciting times.

Yep, all three touches he had in the 90 seconds he was on the pitch were truly mesmorising. A real find. Hope you don't think I'm going unduly over the top.

Looked tricky & positive when he came on, but got absolutely beasted a couple of times by that massive left-back - welcome to the conference!

He played for 5 minutes... Although he showed glimpses of what he can do.

I expect Hannah to depart in January

First impressions from where i was sat....."is that a fat Nicky Southall that has just come on?"

Unfair to judge him on anything else other than looks with such little time on however he did turn nicely when time wasting in the corner.

He started off in Scorcher which then became Tiger.

"Falls to Arnold... Arnold! That's it! Thats it! He's sealed it! Grimsby Town are back in the football league!!! Just a minute to go and Nathan Arnold makes it 3-1! Look at the scenes behind the goal! Look at the relief! The agony is finally over!!!"

I'm not quite sure what the referee is up to there, allowing that bloke to play without any shinpads and wearing a bowler hat. Doesn't he know the laws of the game?

I suspect Ma will tell them to go direct and stick it on the head of the GIANT in the red shirt at the far post.

I remember this match!  Ma Robinson called a press conference on the side of the pitch half way through the second half. This was unusual as she didn't have a great relationship with the local press often skirting round questions posed by Tom Johndeer the local commentator. A section of the home crowd who would get on Ma Robinson's back at the slightest thing saw this as an opportunity to give her grief.
Hairy Gill Knibsworth's manager also joined in calling the current Thatchem team the worst he has seen. This prompted a slight scuffle in the dugouts. The Knibsworth players who were known to be a cocky bunch but protective of their manager ran to his help and as a result left the goal line protected only by their second choice keeper who had come on as sub after the first choice went off with dirty knees.
Thatchem seeing the goal line clear strolled up and put one past the hapless keeper thus securing a  point that was to prove vital after Rabnet FC suffered a dramatic late season slump in form allowing Thatchem to finish above them.
