The lack of disrespect people are showing Woking is poor. Do people not realise we all play in the same league there for we are all equal. After Bath, Chasetown, Buxton, Braintree etc you would have thought that the message would have got through to people. But I suppose putting all this pressure on the players helps, no wonder our home record is average with our home fans groaning at every misplaced pass. We are in the conference ffs, what do people expect? The quality off football isn't going to be great if you want results in this league as showed with Fleetwood, Crawley, Mansfield and Luton. Look at the league table at the end of the season and then call for hursts head if we are not 40 points clear like some people are expecting.

No, people don't expect Town to be 40 points clear but we DO expect Town to AIM to be 40 points clear. All this talk about realistic expectations and how good other sides are is counter-productive. This club needs belief, the team needs belief and the supporters need belief that we are too good for this league and deserve to be out of it. If you don't believe you are better than the opposition and brush them aside you will end up being worse than they are.

This season I have not seen a stand out team and overall the standard has been poor. When we have played to our capabilities we have shown we are one of the best. Not done it often enough though. Anybody can beat anybody in this league which is why it is very tight (Barnet excepted but I have not seen them play). People are naming 2 or 3 Woking players to watch out for, but remember we have a few they need to watch out for too. 2-1 win for Town.

Grimsby have a better record against Woking than any other team in the club's history (4 games minimum).

Plus when I made the trip up to see Town play them last season,

We won 5-1,

I am feeling more confident by the minute.
