Shaun Cunnington wore the Mariner shirt too, even though he'd left us a while earlier, and what a lovely fetching pink it was.

There is one team in the top 4 divisions in England or Scotland whose name’s last letter is unique. No other team’s name ends in this letter. Who is it? (And I’m not including the ‘Football Club’ part of team’s names ).

Di Stefano and Puskas did play for more than one country. Puskas was, of course, part of the 1953 Hungarian team who gubbed England 6-3 at Wembley - the Magic Magyars as the press dubbed them. Puskas was known as the Galloping Major, and went to Real Madrid after the Communist uprising in Hungary in 1956, hence his turning out for Spain for a handful of games because his former international career was effectively finished because if he returned to Hungary he would not have been allowed to leave again.

I think there has been a few more since. Diego Costa was born in and played for Brazil before playing for Spain at the World Cup.
