THE TRUTH FINALLY OUT - POLICE COVER-UP AND LIES

Finally for the 93 victims, families and the City of Liverpool, the Prime Minister, followed by Ed Milband makes a full apology in Parliament for the Hillsborough disaster.  Lies and cover-up by the Police now been confirmed by the release of Hillsborough Panel findings and 400,000 documents, now its time to bring those responsible to justice.

Just wondered how The Sun would spin the news - thought that they might want to make something up again but they've taken a factual stance this time rather than their "truth"

POLICE and emergency services made “strenuous attempts” to deflect the blame for the Hillsborough disaster onto innocent fans....

I think the fact that MP has made his statement in Parliament stating the police had changed over 100+ documents and removed 113 witness statements to cover-up and the lied about what actually happened. It will be impossible now for those responsible to hide behind the and cover-up & lies. Life's could have been SAVED.

Good point Ratty, think the way The Sun newspaper conducted itself as per usual, was an utter disgrace. The day that newspaper dies will be a great day for British journalism.

Watching bbc news, and the pannel is on and they are beeing too coursious of what they say, which is giving me the impression that there is still lots that haven't been told, and there's the impression that there won't be any justice because there won't be any convictions, for the conspiracy, negligence and obstruction of justice (or pervertion of justice). Just an impression I'm getting, hope I am wrong.

41, YES 41 had the potential to survive after the 3:15pm cut-off point. Of those 41 victims, 28 people had no obstruction to blood flow and 16 had heart and lung function. It's a crime that the victims families have had to fight for 23 years to get this brought out into the public domain.
