Yeah, I'll ask him just to PM me for the first 2 weeks. If anyone fails to predict for both the first 2 weeks then he will take their place.

This seasons groups are as follows. Most of you know the drill but for the newcomers these are the rules.

Each week I will post 6 matches, usually it will be 1 game from The Premiership, The Championship, League One and League Two and 2 from The Blue Square Premier although on some occasions I will include cup games when there are no games in a particular division.

You need to forecast the correct score for each game. If you get the score exactly right you get 3 points, if you get the correct result (ie, home win, away win or draw) but the wrong score you score 1 point. You must also nominate one game as your "Nap" and any points won on that game will be doubled. You must then add up the total number of goals in the 6 games and if you get that spot on you earn 2 bonus points and 1 bonus point for being 1 out either way. There are 4 groups of 8, The group stages will run for 12 weeks this time (rather than 16 last time). At the end of the season the Top 2 in each group will qualify for the knockout stages which will be played out over the following 3 weeks.

You must post your predictions on this thread but you MUST ALSO PM ME YOUR PREDICTIONS TOO, as the edit facility on here could easily be abused. Any further questions just ask. First weeks fixtures will be up later this evening and each week you have right up until kick-off to predict as long as your PM is sent before 3pm on the Saturday.
