Who you think is the player you have seen play at blundell park, from either town or the away team, think mine is Gullit. Was best player i've seen on the ball, so calm.

Three spring to mind:

1. Paul Futcher
2. Robert Prosenecki
3. Ruud Gullitt.

Futch is king.

We had this thread only a couple of months or so back.

I'll say the same now as I said then.

Since I'm a younger generation Town fan i've not seen many big names at the park.

I remember Danny Murphy scoring a beauty of a freekick for charlton in 2004 and a really good performance to go along with it.

It has to be Shearer though, quality player.

I'd agree with the Vicar, Paul Futcher is the best pure footballer I've seen at BP.

ha, Futch, brilliant. Forgot about Prosenecki, perhaps Di Canio, could be up there, but the perfomance didn't show it, Charlie Nicholas a good shout, for the perfomance as well, although i wasn't there. Sorry i didn't realise thise had already be done, i must have missed it.

In my time watching Town, Gullit is the best player in his prime from an away team but for class at his age when he came here and played I've gone for Birtles but he narrowly beat Futcher.  Looking back we've had some bloody good players representing us and I've been lucky to see some of the best Town sides since the war.

Supporting the Mighty Mariners for over 30 years, home town club is were the heart and soul is and it's great to be a part of it.

Sorry... may have been at one time... but not when he played at BP

whingeing whining and our Justin sorted him out with some of his own stuff...

Seen so many... Futch was Ace... but so was Sir Matt Tees...

Whymark was in a different class...  this is depressing me....

Bonetti not get anyone's vote? Thought he might be the best player i've seen in a town shirt, different to anyone else i've seen.
