Correct - Tony Dorigo was the last one, for Leeds.

I'm not sure of the exact percentages but I think it was reported that when Bobby Robson was England manager around 1990 he had over 80% of top flight players to choose from whereas now Fabio Capello has less than 30% of Premiership players eligible for England.


That would explain England's stellar performance at Euro 88.

And Dorigo played for England so a bit of a dodgy one that
