I was in the RAF.  "Situation Normal All f ucked Up" (SNAFU) was a regular catch-phrase.   Humour broke up any bad times.

I picked it for Town.  It was supposed to be ironic. Now it is so true!

The number "5" does not mean anything.  For some reason I had to add a number after the user name for it to be accepted.

For a wee while, I played poker for a living - frequenting Party Poker - and I love Grimsby Town.

Erm, left Barnetby, went to university, eventually got a job in Leeds, lived in Headingley, stayed in West Leeds for six years, left, and now my name is obsolete. Never choose a geographical name...

I wanted something fishing orientated - so went for a good seafishing bait = Peeler Crab!

I originally had this username on the electronicfishcake years ago, so just carried it on..

Mid-90's, couple of years after stating in Business Consulting, I was sent to a couple of our client sites to assess some of the consultants that had been employed, with a brief that we needed to lose a few.
After a few sites, working with that same people, someone made the comment me turning up on site was like the Grim Reaper appearing, someone soon would be departing. Knowing I was a Grimsby fan, that quickly turned to being the GrimsbyReaper.
And it has stuck ever since, my Fishcake ID, to the Fishy ID, to my photo site, and here to Australian European car forums (2nd passion after footy), which generally leads to the usual question 'Where is Grimsby?"

I thought I had seen the end of the world. Desolation, Isolation, Destruction, Mutants and the end of Civilisation.
Turns out bloody Tom Tom had directed me through Scunthorpe City Centre.

Gainsbro Mariner

I used to live in Gainsborough when I first joined the original fishy message board 9 years ago. I now live in Lincoln, but thought I'd keep the same name.

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara
