been going in there for the past 4 years. they have a new 0.5 landlord called robbie who is a top bloke, he has really helped out and been receptive to ideas (he even offered the place up as a disco for the riders afterwards supplying food and entertainment for free!)

so guys when we go there, buy a pint or two, his enthusiasm is double edged - 1) he wants the best for us and the ride 2) he wants some money behind the bar. only a natural way of gaining exposure and profits in this difficult time for public houses and businesses alike.

i'm afraid the only 'real' ale they have on is greene king IPA, strictly not classed as the micro brewery original as it was bought out. just round the corner though is the strugglers and the victoria which is currently having a 24 beer real ale festival!!!

and just to rub it in chris... its about 300 yards from my house!
