erm training is going ok, went on a 2 bike rides today just trying to not to get myself injured, i can already feel my muscles pulling

Josh's training involves going across the road to the pub to get drunk for free, mine involves riding most days even for an hour only and trying to help in avoiding morrsions to completely flood (flipping  water board!!!!)
