thanks for the dave wright thing

and the top line.....is that to keep warm or avoid embarrassment  if it is really cold

after me pulling a 'buckley' over the group thing (haha) we decided on the atributes to the groups and one of them was making sure people are with the people they trained with etc.

lol, to be honest it does help keep it tucked in - as you may know your balls take a battering when biking (hence investing in a good saddle and cycle shorts help!)

but yes unfortuantly for the gag, it is to keep some heat in my quads/hams/ calfs (not meaning to have a dig but if i'm not going at my usual speed (299,792,458 metres per second -  my legs will be colder   )

Are me and Newton not allowed on the pitch then?

I have a NikePro base layer as used by Wayne Rooney and Danny Boshell. I would highly recommend as it keeps you warm/cool and dry. It was £9.99 at 70% off from Sports World. GET THEM WHILE THEY ARE HOT.

Broke one of my final fortnight rules and drank over two pints today. Can I be briefed on Wednesday in Blackburns pub please.

Looking more and more likely that I will have to ring in sick on friday so anybody who is in my group please turn up as I would like to meet you.

Are us organisers going to go down 15 minutes early on the day? I have a feeling I will do that anyway.

jeez that is cheap those proskins are £50-60!!

don't think there is time brief you in the pub. me and jon worked from 3 when we got back from the match till 9pm just working out what we need to get across. you'll have a sheet with your responsibilities given to you at the meeting along with the support crews.

i would give you them now but they are scribbled on paper and i'm yet to type them up.
