Walking over the new suggits lane bridge this aftternoon i came across a sticker stuck to the bridge. ( I came across 2 others as i walked the bridge )
The stickes were a st.George flag with "Imps on tour" written across the parralel line of the flag with a masked hooligam in 1 corner and in the opposite corner was our club badge with a character pi$$ing on it.
Needless to say i took about 5 minutes peeling off the offending parts of the stickers !
These stickers look to be professionally done.... how obsessed with us must you be to have these made ??
Have they had them done for every team they lose against ?😄
Anyone else come across any at all ?

Not seen any, but I've lived in Lincoln for 10 years, worked here for 18, and can confirm they have a weird fetish for 'codheads' in general as a population, not just Imps fans obsessing over Town. I think the maps in Lincoln are hazy once you get past Market Rasen and just has 'here be monsters' written on it

Seen these sorts of stickers in every railway station and service station bogs I've been in, all over the country.
Most teams fans seem to have them and are usually accompanied by some stupid made up name for their "crew".
Juvenile in the extreme.

I found this. When I moved to Lincoln, town hadn’t been in a division with Lincoln for ages, we’d always been higher. First pub I encountered, their obsession with us made me feel really weird, mainly because the thought of them being some sort of rival with us made me extremely confused.
Their weird obsession with us has never really changed, even as they flew past us, but what’s even weirder, aside from a few Yoot, they’re just another side. Losing to them hurts no more than losing to Swindon, not to me anyway.
As for the stickers, I think the weirdest one I saw was last year; a similar design but a Gateshead ‘fan’ pissing on a town shirt…now there’s a rivalry we didn’t know about…

We have our own brand of stickers. Queuing to get in Blundell park I could see my young son's shoulders going up and down in front of me, he then started giggling his head off.
Stuck to the turnstile door was a picture of a bloke bent over with his bottom out with the caption "you've been bummed by Grimsby Town".

It’s nothing new.
I met my ex wife while in London. Fate would have it that she left a card for her massage business in a phone box by mistake.
She was Sh1t at massages too

In my day of being a football hooligan many decades ago we used to find the rival hooligans and smack them in the mouth .
I couldn’t have ever seen a couple of coach loads of us travelling the length and breadth of the country with a carrier bag full of stickers 😂
