Why was there no big advertising push for last nights match.kids bring your dad for a tenner. Kids free if dressed for Halloween etc. Free pumpkin soup at half time

I think the OP makes a very valid point. Have the club just given up?

Surely they expected a low crowd with it being midweek, CL on the TV etc so why didnt they at least try to entice a few youngsters in?

Kids go free with a paying adult was surely worth selling? They knew this from when the fixtures came out so why not have had a campaign to get loads of youngsters there last night. Over the last month you could build it up, have the players in the junior schools, asking them to come to games, giving out vouchers really making something out of it.

Instead it just seems too much effort for our over staffed office

Perhaps someone from the trust or even our SLO, could ask the question, then inform us mere fans as to the answer, but please do it before March as we may forget what the question was.

Strange how it's half term now? I always thought half term was the same week as Halloween.. Wish all counties would do the same week! Devon are off at the moment, my lad goes to a school their. Whereas I'm Somerset, 20 miles from his school and we are off next week.

Half term is next week here in East Yorkshire.
