I have just seen his goal on Channel 5 highlights great goal must have been 25 to 30 yards out keeper should have done better, but can't see Berrett shooting from there at least Summerfield tries, but so PISSING GALLING WATCHING CLEMENTS SCORE A GOAL LIKE THAT WHEN HE SHOULD BE IN OUR MIDFIELD.

Shame we didn't put in a recall clause where short on midfield since McAllister and Clifton don't get a look in.

As soon as we released him, it was inevitable that he would score for them and a thread like this would emerge. Almost every decision the club makes, bites it on the ar$e.

Asante scored too yesterday.

Lets just hope he does not do that against us last game of the season with us needing a point to stay up.

That would be cruel beyond words as mentioned Asante netted also. Such a toxic atmosphere here needs addressing a win at B.P. would be a great start but it must seem like the Lion's den playing for town for some of them.

I'm not sure we need ay more reminders of how sh1t we are at the moment to be honest but Chris certainly did that yesterday  ;)

It'll be Gavin Gunning then.

Was more important to the club to get him off the wage bill, along with a few others. Short term gain, long term pain. Foresight is not something our board is blessed with it seems. They took the view that him and others could be replaced in the summer, but forgot the little matter of getting to the summer still in the league.

We couldn't have put a recall clause in as it's a half season loan. Of course, as said many times, the real issue is why the intercourse have we loaned a player to a rival but nothing surprises me anymore.

All of Slade's decisions, as regards players, have been a complete mystery to me from his retained list last summer, his acquisitions in the summer and his released players in January. Some of those released in January ( most of which were players who added to the squad) could have been down to financial restraints but Slade caused this by signing so many " useless wage stealers".

Just a long line of felicitations up by a our club that seems to have mastered intercourse ups and embedded it as a trait, I don't know how the board sleep at night, well I sort of do, Marley bores himself to sleep and Fenty seems that ignorant of the damage he continues to do to the club, he probably sleeps like a baby, Chapman who the intercourse is he and Day to be fair seems a decent Chap so maybe one of them at least is struggling,

Frankly Slades incompetence knows no bounds. Worst manager in the history of town in my opinion.

I agree, with Fenty matching that status in the non chairman role.

Knowing town they probably have included a clause that he can play against us  ;D

We all knew this would happen. How come Slade and Fenty didn't? Pair of fools. They couldn't have planned a relegation campaign better if they'd tried.

Really can't get my head around this decision but it sums up the current regime. I can only imagine the thought process was one of the following:

1) Even though we approved his signing last season we need him off the wage bill and we don't care about the consequences.
2) He's not fit enough to play
3) We're not in a relegation battle
4) Forest Green won't catch us.
5) We prefer being in the conference where it's easier to break even.

Just shows how deluded the people in charge are.

If we get relegated back to the conference I think many fans will stop going unfortunately. Which will make the break even point harder to achieve.
