Absolutely horrendous at the minute. Just had a big ad come across the page which took me ages to get rid of it. Then another one attacks me from the bottom of the page ffs.

The fact I can read the telegraph having not purchased a paper because I don't live local anymore means I will happily put up with the adverts. It's costing me nothing. I know the ads are annoying but I find it strange you criticise the site. They have to make money somehow else we wouldn't have any content on there at all

I have no issues with ads on the site, but some of the pop-ups make the website unusable on my phone as they make the site freeze & crash.

Mariner 83 you're a genius!! I understand why we have ads because basically we're reading the Telegraph for free. However that doesn't stop it from being annoying. Being an exile I rely on the Telegraph for information as well as on here (naturally!!) and the club website. Now the Telegraph site is advert free. Thanks so much.

How about some less intrusive ads GTFC_85? I don't say to me that they need to be intrusive, i didn't even notice what they were

Got agree about the ads. impossible to look at any (Northolme I think the parent company is called ) local paper on work PCs at lunch as they just freeze everything and finally crashes, adverts yes, but overkill by blocking your reading and crashing your computers NO

Companys can't complain about adblockers being used if they allow intrusive ads that sometimes even make their own content unusable. But they just take the money and dont monitor them. Unfortunately then we all get adblockers and sites like the fishy can lose out from it.

Can you add IMHO to this please.

This is just YOUR opinion, not everyone shares your view on this.  ;-)
