I know this is a very small sample, but I watched the Stevenage v Luton game and the West Ham v Wrexham game on TV and not once during the whole of the two games were the physio's called on to the pitch!  Has anyone else noticed this with any other matches?

Glad you noticed that definitely a sea change in time wasting. I  watched the Man U  game and 2 mins extra time first half 3 in second half with multiple subs.Long overdue we were being short changed.

Yep, and it's fun to watch a person who thinks he has been fouled, roll over 6 times screaming like a stuck pig, then takes a sly look at the ref who totally ignores him, so he gets up and sprints to where he should be on the pitch.

Crocombe Cramp is no longer available as an option to waste time.

Dead Eye Dobbin stood motionless waiting, waiting, waiting for the ball to arrive. Back came the right foot, Down came the right foot, Bang ! Headlines around the world as the ball flew into the very top right hand corner of the goal.( Jim Dobbin scoring in the 89th minute for Town against Newcastle United away 24/10/1992 )

Indeed, neither is a keeper catching a ball then diving to the ground and laying there for a long time.  This rule, if enforced should give us many more minutes played during a match instead of losing so many due to deliberate time wasting.

I agree something had to be done and the powers that be are trying but, how many times in either town games or others in the telly had a ref blown for someone taking too long at a throw or the goalkeeper hanging on too long or a subbed playing not leaving the pitch in the new allotted time, cannot really believe that all players are suddenly obeying the rules, more like the refs still being too lenient, that’s why the cheating side of the game is as it is due to weak refs or the powers not prepared to back them.

I think the most blatant one you see in every match is players not moving 10 yards away from a free kick and the ref doing nothing about it.  BTW, I looked at the rules regarding throw ins and there is no set time limit, it is down to the ref to decide if a player is delaying the game too long at throw ins.

Interesting one in the Liverpool game , someone went down injured after being fouled (which he was) but it wasn’t given . He didn’t have treatment but the ball was kicked out by Liverpool and so he had to go off for 1 min .

I thought the laws were changed this summer to include a time limit?

Yet a keeper clearly hurts his hand (possibly dislocating his little finger) and Morgan needs to go off! Also, the throw ins, Rodgers gets the ball and is almost immediately counted down, their centre half gets ages.
