I got the same size as last seasons and I can't really tell a major difference. Possibly slightly smaller after reading some comments but not so much that it feels uncomfortable. And I got last seasons shirt at a point I'd shed 7kg over 3 months. I've bought this one having put it all back on with interest.

Short sleeves the same , long sleeves need to be up one size . Imo .

I tried my 2XL shirt from last season and it fitted ok. When I went to the club shop and tried a 2XL long sleeve shirt it was a tad tight so I tried the 3XL shirt and it fitted perfectly.
