Has anyone got a vid anywhere with that 25/30 bullet from there player that went straight into the top corner only to be disappointed because the whistle had already blown.
He will never hit another like that in his footballing life πŸ™‚

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Every year it will get a yard further out as he tells the story.

I hold it true, whate'er befall;
I feel it, when I sorrow most;
'Tis better to have loved and lost
Than never to have loved at all.

Jackson must have heard the whistle or he'd be getting his fingertips to that.

Fingertips? He'd catch it. England's number 1 at the world cup surely?!

It is a great 'goal' but after a couple of plays that is also a very good decision by the ref. Walker has made (what appears to be) a very good clearance and then gets walloped after the ball has gone, the Accrington lad has got nowhere near the ball.

She could have easily been following the ball and not seen that happen.

Miss Scunthorpe. Not a beauty pageant, just sound advice.
