My witch friend in Ramsgate would have won us the league the season before last if she hadn't been off her head for the Villa game and forgot about it, our only loss after NYE , and I got her to try you in the last 3 games as well as us.  But it only worked when she wore black and white socks at the weekend having already given me some magic red ones.  {3 wins, 3 clean sheets so far.}

I had been hoping to stream both our games on Sat, having us on the big monitor, you on one of the smaller ones, and the message boards on the other small one.  But there was no stream, so I was following you lot here in the matchday thread until around 23' when someone posted the BBC radio link.

So I watched us on mute and listened to your game while following the matchday thread here.  Least I could do after what you'd done for us and despite a scary first 45 mins, it worked.

{Is there any link to see the goals, btw?  I want to see Rose's two - after some on here were slagging him off before he scored - but also if the GK error was as bad as it sounded on radio.}

Anyway, if any of you are feeling in generous and magical moods, you know what to do and it will be greatly appreciated.  I asked your help for the Atleti game and that's our best result of the season so far.  Our fans were signing "Are you tottnumb in disguise?" against a team with a much better European pedigree than us.  That's Mariner magic for you.

After 15 games Arsenal have set a record unequalled since 1888 in all 4 divisions.  They have scored 30 goals and only conceded 3.  

Dividing goals scored by goals conceded (30 and 3) gives a factor of 10.   The best ever at this stage.

Fair play, I never knew that.  They used to have goal average instead of goal difference and we won the league on that when we'd have lost it the other way 'round.  Then vice versa in '89.

Got to be families.  Shows what a joke this competition is.  I said that I didn't even know that we play it.

Arseblog cover the women's team now, and have a special reporter for the kids but this has never been mentioned.  AFTV must make a fortune from ads but even they can't be arsed to go to these games and make "content".  In fact, I don't know that even they know this competition exists.

It's sad that they ruined a perfectly good competition that ou lot really enjoyed winning back in the '90s {as would every other team that won.  We don't take the LC seriously any more but the '87 final was on of the highlights of my life.}

The other sad thing is that you only had 400 there to enjoy what turned out to be a great game of footie.  {I missed the last two goals cos my beloved and her mate came back drunk.}  But it was great.  You were playing really well but then one misplaced pas trying to keep the dominance of te move going led to a great counter-attack.  And you thought, yeah they may be kids but that's PL quality.  But you then turned it around.  Those 400 must have been buzzing - like th Spartans but with 1/3 more.

Walker hadn't played much n the games I'd streamed before - I'd only seen his worldies in that 7-1.  But he looks good.  And I've liked Amalazour every time I've seen him.

I get why you boycott it and it's damnably demeaning that the PL teams want you to have to play their kids.   But it's a pity you didn't take it seriously vs DR {don't know who else you played} cos games like that are great fun no matter what the level.
