Must admit I don't really know a lot about Cleethorpes Town F.C.

Ironic me living in Cleethorpes.

Their Wiki Page gives a brief history but why "The Owls" ?

Three Owls on the coat of arms of Cleethorpes representing the three historic villages that were merged into Cleethorpes , Oole , Itterby and  Thrunscoe . Clee originally being in the borough of Grimsby.

I’m thinking of taking my youngest tomorrow for his first game. With it being mainly standing is there an area where he’ll be able to see though?

Approximately 500 seats across the ground – please respect the sponsors area is for those that have bought hospitality tickets and also the Box on the halfway line.

All the other seats are first come first served.

Please do not stand in front of the seating area.

Standing for 1500 across the ground, we have increased viewing with some raised platforms around the ground.

Toilets both static and portable, Ladies and Gents.

Programmes on sale

New Club shop situated next to the players area - please come in and have a look and see what we have done with it.

I was hoping for some form of announcement late in the day on this. I know there has been at least one occasion where it was streamed because I was in Cyprus at the time and ran around everywhere trying to to find internet to watch. I sort of did but the signal was shite so was about half hour behind!!

As it happens I’ve got another 3 weeks left of a new Cyprus tour and was hoping they’d show the game tomorrow so I could watch but not overly hopeful.
