Thousands of millionaires are now leaving this sinking ship of a country, and who would have guessed? Well anybody not in the Labour Party for a start. It’s like the 1970s all over again these socialist nutters never learn. I think the top 1% of high earners pay something like 30% of the tax revenue so guess who’s gonna make up the shortfall….. that’s right more tax increases on the way but at least we have a 100 year friends deal with the Nazis in Ukraine.

This babbling simpleton more interested in millionaires apparently leaving the country than sick British citizens dying in pain and indignity in hospital car parks and corridors without care, and women tragically miscarrying in side rooms.
As for ‘Nazis in Ukraine’….no, I don’t know either. Just shows you the danger of the indoctrination and radicalisation of suggestible, GB News watching morons.

Interesting posts on millionaires leaving .
Just some facts
To get into the too 1% you have to earn over £160k so not mega wealthy.  You’re usually in a middle to high management job so not leaving and you are the largest number in the 1%

To get into the top 0.5% you have to earn in excess of £260k so again you’re not mega wealthy and would not have a role which is easily transferable along with you have your kids in schools etc and already pay full tax on PAYE so why leave?

Now the top 0.1% have to earn over £650k per years. This level includes corporate heads or university chancellors or council CEOs all of who's roles and working locations are dictated to them and yet again pay tax.

It’s when you get into the £1m plus levels that it becomes interesting.  This level is made up of business owners or high level investors.  Business owners again have kids in school friend family etc and then even if they are free to move their roles dictate again where they have to be mostly.

Over this level you get the non Doms or the landowners who labour are trying to tax.  Yes they may leave but guess what they don’t pay tax anyway other than non Doms who pay a low flat fee negotiated years ago.  So no great loss.

Statistics make people believe that 1% is all the multi millionaires and billionaires . It’s not, it’s just the rest of the population earn excrement wages in comparison.
Average wage in the U.K. around £35k but most common is 20-24k hence why that 1% look so out of kilter in tax payments.
Gaslighting at its finest by the right wing media.
