Another great response and we have a superb 55 entries giving a pot of £550. To keep all figures nice and round I will donate £130 to The Mariners Trust leaving us with a prize pot of £420.

The winner(s) will share a 1st prize of £270 and there will be 3 other prizes of £50. One for the lowest scoring team(s) when the pot is won, 1 for the first team(s) to score nil for 3 consecutive weeks and the other for the first team to sack their manager. For this prize I will accept either sacked or "left by mutual consent" which seems to just be another phrase for sacked these days. If a manager leaves a team to take over at another then that does not qualify to win the prize.

Rather predictably Man Utd bust, scoring 4, but we will have a winner next week as it is an international break, so with Hull's impressive 6 goals next week taking them onto 19, the default 2 will give them the 21 needed for the first prize. There are a few teams who could claim a share of the prize though. With Crystal Palace and Torquay ineligible, having already won a £50 prize, there are a few different teams who could claim the lowest scoring prize.

It is really, but as you say we did have a discussion about this and it was all agreed before we began. I'm sure Ivanosandwich isn't moaning though. Maybe Hull deserve to win just for scoring 6 this week though, As Crusty says though, there's still a chance for a few teams to grab a share of the spoils with a good win at the weekend.

Thankfully, next week is the last international break for a few months, so the next game should be won on merit rather than by a default score.

No I am not complaining this time but I can own up to one of those who came up with ideas on changes.

I suppose we all know the rules and we have to abide by them. They have worked in my favour this time.

With the international break this week there were a number of default 2 goals, one of which has given Hull the 21 goals they need to win the £270 first prize which will be on its way to Ivanosandwich shortly.

With Crystal Palace and Torquay ineligible, having already won a £50 prize, Port Vale and Gillingham share the prize, winning £25 each.
