I know we've been fairly shite at home but for a local derby and a big relegation six pointer it is quite disappointing that we've not sold out.

Possibly only restricted view seats left in main stand, shocking in that back left hand side you only get to watch 90% of the game

I am not so surprised that sell out is not immediate. I am a season ticket holder and find it a chore to go. I am a huge fan, but I am completely bored of losing every game.utm

To the best of my ability I have worked out ground capacity using Lukeo's figures & ticket site...
Upper - 1982
Lower - 826
Pontoon - 1808
Main - 2177
Corner - 551
Os - 931
_____________
Total - 8275
Guess of block in osmont not sold - 400
_____________
Total - 8645 + Excecutive + Boxes
So about 9146 if 400 Ex and 100 in Boxes.
9146
Anyone know better ?

Transport issues too. Rail replacement between Scunny & Donny means I’d be looking at a 4hour trip each way to do 60miles. Put me off & wouldn’t be surprised if more thought the same.

Just think, over all the years, how much revenue we have probally lost because our away end is a small club stadium.

A fair effort but wrong…you’ve double counted - the exec section is already in that Upper figure. Deduct that, allow for some segregation and you are back to circa 8,400 our cup sell out attendance.

We should do - Donny have sold 300 more than Stockport did and home sales are also ahead of the Stockport game. I think 7,200…

Not sure I agree with that. We can accommodate several thousand visitors if we want to give them the entire Cleethorpes end. How many times has demand outstripped supply since we were in the championship decades ago? Not many. Years and years of having a few hundred for the most part.
I tend to think - how much revenue have we missed out on from local residents who would’ve attended had we not been mostly pretty sh1t in a cr*p stadium for 20 years?

It's a balancing act with the away allocation isn't it ?
Ideally you want to maintain home advantage (unlike teams like MK & Donny who offer 7k and 4k I think )
More better view home seats has to take priority in future surely if there is ever redevelopment .

Only about 200 left now , 100 restricted might end up close to a sell out .

Well tomorrow could now end up sold out - been strong sales today. 100+ seats in the Os corner have been excluded from sale for extra segregation for some reason, leaving only about 20 left in our corner. Apart from that, it is restricted view in Block A, a dozen or so at the back of the main and a few singles dotted around. Probably about 100 left altogether. Should be similar attendance to Notts (7,600) unless we have an unusual no. of no shows.

Not sure, I was thinking abit far back when in the old Divsion 2/Championship like Sunderland, Newcastle, Man City, Notts Forest, Derby, Ipswich, Norwich etc etc, the Yorkshire sides 2,000+ ? I can't remember how many Tottenham brought in that cup game back in 1991, I didn't realise the gate was 17,000 even though I was at the game lol. In 2005 the gate was 8,200 >>

Spurs took the whole away end
we put the green seats back in for the Newcastle game and i think the gate was 9200 + .
That was about the biggest relatively recent attendance I think
The only other one I remember post that other Spurs game being a big gate was Aston Villa in the cup , 15k + shortly before it went all seater .
