I think we can all agree that the pricing, the release of tickets, the lack of concessions available in the upper tier and the general apathy shown towards the fans has been abhorrent. Obviously everyone who can afford to go will try their best to get to the game. And after their heroics in the last couple of matches, the boys need and deserve our support more than ever. So hopefully we will still have good numbers at the game. However, one way to show our displeasure at the way we're being treated like cash cows is to not spend a single penny when inside the stadium. Or getting programmes for the game. Their prices are already astronomical anyway but if the stadium takes virtually no money from food etc then they will not be at all pleased. And if it's publicised before the game that the fans are going to do this, it may send a message to the powers that be that treat us with contempt. It will also make it very difficult for them to get a stadium next season if they can't guarantee that any money will be spent on the concourses.

They're taking us for granted and using our love of the club to milk us for all we've got. All they care about is money so let's hit them where it hurts without compromising our support of the team. UTM

Can't fault your thoughts on that at all.

Let’s just win the game and get out of this league.

Absolutely, hopefully we will only have 90 minutes left to deal with them. But the bigger picture is that football fans in general are ripped off all the time, it's time to take a stand.

Thanks for putting it in a more formal way 😂
Definitely. I'm not spending a penny at the stadium unless I have to buy a bottle of water if mine is confiscated 😂

Just eat and drink somewhere else before the game so you don't feel the need in the stadium. Usually don't at events in London because they charge rip off prices for concessions.

The concourse prices are horrific there and the food is poor at best.  I'd definitely recommend not buying in the ground

Post of the season. They won't get a penny from us in the ground.

Sadly alot of people will buy beer inside the ground and they're well within their right to. But imagine if virtually noone did. It'd be brilliant.

Not only will I not buy anything inside the ground, I'm going to brew up a massive Gary Lump and block a bog.

Nice sentiments, but dream on. We’re a captive audience, and we’ll buy - they know it, it’s the way of the world.

I once went to watch the NFL at Wembley - the hotdogs were £17, and they couldn’t make them fast enough.

By 'us', I meant myself and my boys. Our £30 ish might be a drop in the ocean but from little acorns......

This.

The amount of complaints ,protests etc. & the rip off continues.
They will  be plenty of spending within the stadium.

Even if the boycott only reaches half our following (say we take 14,000) 7,000 people not spending a penny when you'd spend on average £10pp is alot of money

Fully agree.
However it wouldn't make any difference to their future pricing structures of events.

TBH I live  15 mins from the ground  The price structure is very high less is more basically I pay £20 pounds to watch England in the lower tier  Yet £49 to sit in a stadium not built for football just greed

Will they confiscate drinks on entry and force us to buy the same thing at an extortionate price?

Which block you in and which trap are you thinking? We should co-ordinate this...
