We can all see it for what it is, but just reflect for a minute, this is the sort of mindset that has held us back for 16 years or thereabouts.

Petty point-scoring, settling old scores, misinformation masquerading as facts. Trying to be sincere on the outside but as slippery as hell on the inside.

What makes me laugh, is though we all love airing our views on here, we are only a fraction of the Town fans, and the new poster, blinded by misguided loyalty, seems oblivious to the fact that Grimsby as a place, the community, the vast majority of the fan base worldwide do not want anything to do with the Fenty version of running a football club.

We don't want convicted serial fraudsters awaiting deportation to fund state of the art training facilities(!) benign loans that funnily enough aren't benign, and a board completely lacking any form of sincerity or ethos or empathy for long-suffering fans.

I absolutely detest the current board and I absolutely detest the new posters sickening attempts of winding up the very people who have put thousands and thousands of pounds into the club not expecting a penny of it back, whilst getting sodomist all back from a selfish and spiteful board who should be ashamed of themselves.

My words would be selfish and spiteful.

Epitomises the lack of respect the Fenty inner circle have for the fans, the lifeblood of any club. Trying to undermine the incoming consortium proves the love for themselves before the club. Very sad, and shows why their griphold on the club ended the way it did. Complete lack of self awareness, integrity, nous, class and empathy..

A great example of how to run a football club, look at what Radrizzani and Bielsa have done in the past couple of years at a previously completely broken Leeds. Bielsa's wise words..

"The supporters.. the only thing for them is that they love their club. The only thing they receive in exchange is emotions. For this reason, the supporter is the best thing in football."

I expect the incoming board to follow this ideal so much more than who they replace. No straighteners for fans on message boards, no weasly words, no succession of public embarrassments, just dignified professionalism and a clear plan for the future.

It's not like we haven't suffered enough for so long without Noche trying to subtly keep sticking the boot in. Our loyalty over the past twenty years deserves much more respect at this starting point of a fresh new hopeful era..

I joined this board because I was genuinely concerned with what I’d been reading in this and other forms of media. But it has become a little bit addictive in all seriousness, mostly the intrigue of what drives the few supporters that regularly use this messageboard.

I get it, I really do. Apart from one or two of you that are forthright and have the courage of your convictions... the majority of you have become conditioned by each other, in a doctrine like manner. It’s a bit like a little club within a much bigger club.

It’s a bit like a powerless trade Union if you like. A closed shop at that. Heaven forbid the newcomer or seasoned Fishy contributor for having an alternative opinion or point of view. We will not accept this. We shall not tolerate it. We will shoot it down vehemently.

How dare anyone subscribe to our space and not fall in with the majority. If he does, let’s round on him, gang up on him, get rid of him with online bullying and insults. He will soon be gone and we shall not stand for it. There’s no way we are having exercising freedom of speech that doesn’t suit our purpose, no matter how well written it is. No matter if we actually fear some of things he said make sense or could be possible, tangible, and a threat to the manner of our thinking.

I’m not sure how your admins and moderators feel about my membership of your forum, in respect of my open and honest views and opinions? So far they haven’t barred me. I’d like to think that’s because I’ve not been controversially, insulting and have merely exercised freedom of honest speech. Hope they also feel that my reposte to this awful thread is open and honest in my view. But as I said at the opening sentence, please don’t take it down on my account. Perhaps it’s more important  that people see things for what they really are.
