Will the Jocks be giving away? University education, tax, prescriptions and now sanitary products.
If periods are natural will they be giving away bog roll next?

When I was growing up we got free prescriptions and free university education. Seems like a good plan. Helped get us better when we were ill, kept people active and contributing to society, and I ended up paying lots more in tax than it cost the government to give me a higher education.
I don't remember 'tax' being given away though. Are they giving that back in Scotland?
