With Wes now gone and no strikers on form at all could we still get relegated.

The Notts County game is looming large.!

Until mathematically impossible of course we can and with our current form I wouldn't be looking to renew my season ticket because I'm not into watching teams bringing 12 fans to away days with them!!

Would take a bizarre set of results for that to happen. I did the prediction feature with town to lose all remaining games and we still finished 17th so even allowing for a number of dodgy predictions we should be ok

Yes we can
No we won't

Makes me laugh the amount of red crosses that are given out because people don't like to face reality...time to remove the rise tinted glasses and see things for what they really are..

All I know is we could do with one more point to see if Mr Fenty clears off   :)

We will know soon enough.

Will it:- a) be a dignified exit, with a brief statement of apology for all the mistakes, and wishing the new owners every success?

or b) a lap of honour with his sycophants hoisting him on their shoulders ala Bournemouth whilst wearing his John Shuttleworth gear?

Sadly I don't think we will ever find out, but I hope I am wrong.

If we win today and Yeovil and Notts both lose we are safe.
We will be on 52 they can only reach 51.

Notts have won 8 all season. We are 13 points ahead with a massively superior goal difference, which is worth another point effectively, so yeah, if we lose all our remaining games, and Notts win 5 of their remaining 6, we could still go down. Similarly, if Macc or Yeovil have a sudden winning spurt, that could also make it happen.

Will it happen? Extremely unlikely.

No we won't go down - 2 of the 3 sides need to average 2 points per game to catch us even if we lose our last six. Since of these 3 teams none average 1 point per game so far this season this seems incredibly unlikely.

big game today then to guarantee safety with 5 games to go

Safety wise, are we not better off now than at 3:00?

12 points clear with 15 to play for. We’re ok!

It looks like two of the current bottom three for the drop.

The prospect of two of those three winning four of their last five games to close the gap on us is extremely unlikely.

Of the three I'd bet on Notts to pull out of it. I'm thinking its Macc and Yeovil to go.

Yes, almost certainly.

The odd thing is that when they came to BP they looked a useful side. I though they would kick on, but it must just have been a flash in the pan.

Either that or we are so poor that we make any team look good.

I think we have to  take our rose tinted glasses off and see  that we are a poor side , cannot defend that well, and cant score , what does that add up to ======

To be fair we have a weakened squad available right now with Embleton, Ohman, Thomas and Rose unavailable.

It will be interesting to see how we get on against Morecambe next week. If they turn us over we really are rock bottom form wise.
