You can't change your kit in the season, you present your kit to the EFL your going to use in the summer.

Retro though really sells well i was given 25 retro shirts & they went for good money definately a market for them.

Only small, xxl and xxxl available now. Might sound selfish but I hope they don’t put more on sale so they remain unique.

I had the pleasure of sending my original shirt off to the manufacturers for the club to make this. The club were thankful, courteous and polite throughout.

I’m guessing that sizing is comparable to the current shirt?

I had one the the original shirts in 1989 , it was the most uncomfortable thing I ever owned , real tight fitting and had like wool stuff on the inside .
If Town really wanted to make a fortune with retro kits they should recreate the Adidas one from the early 80s

It was a thing of beauty, but it would mean recreating the three stripes and Adidas logo. And I don't think we can afford that...

I’ve tried to see if Adidas would do it via their specialist department. Never once had a reply from them.

I’d have thought we’d easy be able to shift 5000 of those Adidas ones , surely that’s worth a reissue ?

Who's making this new one? The score draw ones you see around of other clubs are poor quality in my opinion.

I would love the 1996 - 97 home shirt done again.

So many decent kits to choose from and they go for this? Bit rubbish..
The Ennesse kit before this one, Lotto, Diadora and the 'holy grail' Adidas kits from the 80's would have been loads better and would fly out. Fair play for the club having a go though UTM

This is a non-branded shirt, the only kind I think they could make. No chance of getting Adidas. They're selling like hot cakes so I'm guessing others like them which is good.

Just picked mine up and it’s fantastic quality. Really happy with it. Good effort all round.

COPA (the brand that made the shirts) have a flagship story in Amsterdam, really close to the central station. Worth a look for any football fan if you’re avoiding the red light district and coffee shops. Hope too see a town shirt in there next time I visit !

What's the sizing like? Is it the same as the current shirt?

I sit right on the line between medium and large in shirts and despite having a fairly sizeable dinner it’s still fairly spacious in the medium I bought.

Maybe they're going to keep releasing old kits every so often. Would make sense as to why they've only done 200 when they could sell a lot more.

Couldn’t help myself. Ordered one. Not a medium this time round though  :'(

Wish I'd kept and framed that Adidas kit from the early 80's . If we ever have them as kit suppliers and that gets recreated it has to be one of the coolest shirts ever made.
