Anyone think this little run in the cup has saved his job and if we knock them out he will be shown the door at Chesterfield ?

Tomorrow is a potential banana skin, let's not think it's a walk in the park.

He's gone 19 games in the conference without a win, so I would say their cup run has definitely kept him in a job. They are favourites to beat us tomorrow so I suspect they are hoping for a juicy 3rd round tie to save their season. Lose to us and he could well be gone.

They’re favourites, are they? Looking at their results, I struggle to understand that. That’s not being overconfident, but seriously, how they become favourites other than just being the home team, I don’t understand. :X

I expect they're favourites because more people have put a bet on them winning.

Yes I suppose, so it means nothing really.

You sometime get "steamers" in horse racing without other horses going out in the betting because the bookies want people to back these "no-hope" steamers. I hope this is the case with Chesterfield.

Did you know that there's no such thing as a 'potential banana skin' Aaron?
