Some were heading in the wrong direction and had to be directed to BP. A map of League 2 football grounds is a best seller in Lincoln.

1-4, I have really miserable night in local pub as urine taking reaches new dimensions. Pressure on RS and JF at full time whistle reaches boiling point.

RS believed we played well but combinations not quite working yet, come back for new years game v Mansfield to see the real Grimsby, everything forgiven there was a plan after all.

1-0 to Town, Jones the scorer. Lincoln have 4 players booked in a dirty, poor-quality game.

Fishy posters said after the game that not as many Town fans there as there should have been if we had been playing attractive football in recent games. Although we won, they demand more entertainment;  "Football is in the entertainment industry".

Only 1 token Gimp attended live game.  This (usual) low turnout was due to a combination of potential bad weather, not sure where the ground is, having no one to talk to, did not want to travel, did not want to stand out, and worried about the famous Cleethorpes dog poo.

Token Gimp "fan" arrested on way home for causing a fight with himself in an empty football special train.

3,617 Gimps watch the game on a big screen at Sincil Bank.  When Town take the lead 3,600 decide to look instead at the little church on the hill as this made for better viewing and they weren't loyal fans anyway.

Get spanked 4-1 but Killip gets a late consolation after replacing an injured Vernon (Killip the only player not injured after a bench malfunction).

I’m sorry, I am just not optimistic about this one. Too much of a bad vibe right now.

I'd be very surprised if Town avoid a thrashing in this one (I'll go for 1-4). Having seen both teams play Stevenage on their own patch (Town lost 3-1, Lincoln won 2-1), it is obvious that these sides are worlds apart in skill, organisation and sheer determination. I fully expect this site to melt down around 3pm. I have a ST and even had rail tickets for this one but have stayed at home to watch Chelsea vs Man City on the box (says it all really!). Sadly, I've almost completely lost interest in watching Town. Not sure when, or if, I'll be back. I simply have more worthwhile things to spend my money on.

Why does everyone think we'll get hammered? They've got just 2 more points than us, they're hardly Barcelona and Arnold and Green are harrdly Suarez and Messi!

Zero faith in Slade, plays right into Lincolns hands by hoofing the ball to them, Lincoln keep catching us on the counter attack with Midfield no where in site, Collins and Clarke to be bullied by read and beaten for pace. 3-0 Lincoln

You’ve already spent your money looking at your post, how come we don’t accept “can’t be arsed” from players but so called supporters can adopt that attitude.
