Last thing you need again is more movement and a manager who doesn't have his own players, having then to pay up X amount of contracts for players not deemed good enough for the next manager. Who would then need more funds to bring in his own players....
I'm no expert, but that's just the same circle going round and round. Look at Hartlepool? They get rid of managers all the time and it didn't do them any good before they got relegated.
