For starting a thread moaning at our ticket office being closed and then realising how good they are compared to bloody Stevenage after getting off the train, walking a mile to pick up tickets and discovering they don't open for three bloody hours!!

In most normal weeks the latter two would have got it, but it's got to be the man 'in charge' of safety at Stevenage for defending the indefensible:
