Anyone know if Town commentaries are available on dab? My old man (81 and not too tech savvy!) lives out in Louth and struggles to pick up the games on am/fm out there. Will a dab radio help him out? Cheers for any help  :)

Think we were on DAB in non league but i don't think we were last year. I listen through MP mostly but obviously you need a subscription. Have listened on BBC website in the past but again, not sure if that's available now we are back in the league.

Sorry, not much help there.

Cheers Ginny. I thought that was the case. Looks like it might just be the old fm/am radio and sit him on the roof of the house! He goes to most home games still so I can't see him forking out for MP, difficult to prise money out of his pocket at the best of times!  ;D

Try getting an aerial booster for the radio. Should be able to pick up AM/FM in Louth i would have thought. It might pay to get a more sensitive radio, if you can prise the money out of him of course.

Cheers guys. Fortunately for him it's his birthday, hence the bit of research before I head off and get him something that ends up being useful! As long as he can get Town and the cricket he's happy!

Was that every game wig or did they switch it around?

They switched it around. Last season we was on all three frequencies, bloody annoying too  :o

On DAB for most games, for a handful of games we were switched to FM or MW.
