Seems a good idea on the surface and a 4% return isn't bad these days.

Obviously it won't work for a new stadium but for something smaller like a stand I think it could work for us.

Does seem like a good idea, both sides win from the interest rate.

4% is rare as. I would be up for that....but wait, aren't we getting a new ground anyway in 2037?

I think something like this to give our potential new ground some character like some statues outside or images of ex players like arsenal have at the emirates. Anything to make our stadium ours and not just another generic one.

Good idea, but I doubt many Rotherham fans would take it up if their club ever offered it.

IF I was considering it as an investment, I'd want to know what the chances of getting my money back were. 4% interest. But if we were to do something like that I would be up for it as I wouldn't view it as a financial investment.

I see they are working with Tifosy. They were set up after taking inspiration from Op Pro.

Is that a specifically football fan crowd-funder then? Presumably from the Italian 'tifosi'.
