Talked about his depression after loosing his mother I thought  Hurst seemed to handle a difficult situation quite well remember a dramatic downturn in his form. Hurst rested him and he did come back stronger culminating in THAT goal at Wembley. As he laid sobbing on the pitch after scoring the last goal at the death to seal a return into the league the personal significance of that moment was clear for all to see.

Its good to talk and Nathen will only feel better by talking,

He must be the only player who got promoted from the same league 3 years in a row.

Well done Nathen on both counts.

Time passes so quick when you retire you think a week has gone by but its a month,

Monday to Friday never went as quick as this when I was at work. ;D

Just a question will we give Arnold around if applause like we did Amond?

I for one will be. Always put 100% in for this club and ultimately scored the goal that secured our football league status.

Anyone who doesn't is an idiot.

I'd applaud any one of the team from Wembley, even that sulky ba$tard Nolan.  ;)

I know the goal Nathan scored at Wembley didn't really change much as we would have won anyway, but my god, it's still the best moment since forever. Of course he should get nothing but an ovation when he comes back.

Just watched the goal again for the umpteenth time and it still gives me goosebumps.
