Doing the rounds this morning apparently signing today or Monday anybody heard owt?
" At the conclusion of the 2016–17 season Gillingham announced that Knott had been transfer listed by the club."
So thoughts anyone?

We've already lost Dis, Comley and Maxwell but we've got Clements, Osborne, Summerfield, Berrett, McAllister, Rose and Clifton, so I reckon we need to ship both Summer and Berrett out to accommodate another one.

Knott is a left-footed midfielder with a 'high-intensity, high-energy' playing style.[42] He prefers to play as an attacking midfielder, but can also play on the left-side of midfield.[43]
apparently prefers to be at the top or bottom of a diamond.Surely that's more or less what Clements does? Great to see we are getting another midfielder, since we are really lacking numbers in that area

Seen him play for Bradford and he played left mid. Got bags of tricks and looked very skillful. Would be pleased with this.

Played for Lincoln for the second half of last season. Not sure what they thought of him.

If he's an improvement, then I'm all for it. Don't mind if we've already got a load of midfielders, sure we'll ship one or two out.

Just spoken to a Lincoln supporting mate. Says he started slowly with them but improved greatly and reckons he likes to try and boss the midfield.
Says would be a good signing for whoever gets him, but he is a Lincoln fan so what does he know!!

A Lincon fan I know said he scored in three games for them, but got two goals each time.

They've signed 4 players (although one of them is only on loan), so the same amount as us.
