That's him- Owen J Roberts. Sports Scientist based in Hartlepools-doubled up as Peter Sellers stand in for the Pink Panther films. Later ridiculed for his suggestions of changing the Red Arrows blue and having 50% of the pilots from minority communities. It was a toss up between an ex Premiership striker or Mr Roberts--welcome Owen.

Understand he.s only going to be part time-has spent the last 5 years coming up with a reason why there are so many foreign owners,foreign managers and foreign players in the Premiership. His latest reasoning is that they were born in another country.
