Found a magic lamp the other day, gave it a rub and a genie popped out.
"I'll grant you one wish" said the genie.
"I want to live forever"
"I can't grant selfish wishes like that." said the genie.
" I want to die when Lincoln win league two."
"You crafty girl private." said the genie.

It's good news for the whole region if people start watching live football. Friendly banter, rivalry and increased media attention  should all end up with people regarding a trip to BP as something to consider doing.

To be fair any Town in the country will get a large increase in attendance when top and winning every week without the extra of an FA Cup run. The real figures are when your both mid table and have had a decade of shite to watch ....we turned up  and sold out every time at their place , they struggled with more than 700 here .

We'd have had 40,000 season ticket holders last season if we didn't have boring Paul Hurst and managed to get past Shrewsbury in the cup. They got lucky.

I thought they were the obsessed ones?

Good on them. They might just sell out the Osmund when they visit.

The club did it right by getting ST on sale whilst the buzz was still about.

Only the 1900 that went to the home game v forest green the season before will only be the true supporters in my eyes.

We'd have had 234,564 season ticket sales if Dianne Abbot did the figures  ;)

Add a few zeros to that figure if Phil Hammond did them! Abbott is certainly hopeless, but Box Office Phil understated the expected cost of HS2 by £20 billion when interviewed last month! Wasn't reported much, for some reason.

I don't know about you, but I think spending £52 billion to allow rail travellers to cut 30 minutes off their journey between London and Birmingham or an hour off the journey to Manchester is a great use of such money.  :-/

Anyway, back on topic. Boo, Lincoln! Boo, GTFC! (for not having tickets on sale yet).

It'll still take us 3hrs by rail to get to Manchester though.😞

I'm bored of Lincoln, they'll be like us next season, fit into the mix of nothing much between the sides in midtable, this was true from 4th to 21st last year.
