Why were you thinking about John Fenty at 1am?

So many to choose from but the deconstruction of the Newport flag was pure comedy gold (lff3)

Not a pun but the sight of him running round singing about Bogle whilst Bogle was being interviewed by BT Sports was a real moment in time. ;D

I know we are having a bit of fun here and i dont want to ruin it and go all mr boring  but for all his awful decisions john has made in his time at GTFC i know he has always thought he has done the right thing..

John has always been GTFC through and through and i like him , while some incuding myself have criticised him he has always stepped up with his own cash and for that i admire him.

He has always given us entertainment wether it be on here or on the radio but he has also always had our interests at heart and the way he speaks about GTFC shows how much he loves the club.

So while we are having a bit of innocent fun here i just want to say thanks mr fenty and you are one of our own (clap2)(clap2)

Now back to the urine taking  ;D

Well, none of the quotes were puns either, so don't worry.

JF to me outside the ground at Colchester during the height of the 'Mighty affair', 'Tell me Swin do you just enjoy stirring the sh!t?'

He's not going to devalue the product (as reducing the cost of a ticket to get more into the ground) as we slipped into non league will be forever burned into my memory.

That tour of BP video where he makes the lady refs comment  makes me think he's one of those performance comics who inhabit the skin of a character like the Pub Landlord or Lee Nelson. Does all the almost believable stuff, then slips in something that pushes it.

Comic genius.

Fair play to John. But some of those non-League* chairmen are very hands on. And I don't mean 'hands on' in the style of the new US President Elect).

* I love saying that word/phrase about other clubs now.

How is that a Fentyism?  It's only an error when it's written the way you've written it.

It is indeed ironic that I spelt it wrong :o. However, I've only ever heard it describe comeuppance so that's why I included it.

Aha! Fair play sir. No dishonour in that. Apparently it happens a lot because we don't use that word much these days in any other sentence.
