More importantly who is he coaching to be professional - the players are supposed to be professional already so hopefully its our totally unprofessional board

I can't figure out why you would pick a route to Colchester from Cleethorpes via the M180. Well I can, but can't the players go to BP first to be picked up there.

He's under 18 coach. It's just a posh title. Cool your jets.

Joking apart, hopefully he will help bring on home grown youths into first teamers, on the scale we used to do.
