We have been given license to operate a category 3 youth academy next season

The academy manager is ex York City player Andy McMillan

Head of operations is Adam Smith

Development phase lead coach is Callum Lester

Foundation phase lead coach is Lawrence Heward

Here's the interview. Tiny bit hard to hear with the background music (better than a tractor / pneumatic drill I guess) but it's interesting to hear about the process involved.  Good to see we've got an ex-York coach!

Yeh whoever does all our clubs videos lately, they seem to have enthusiasm but need to focus on the point of the content theyre delivering and not overdo the creativity and music with every single video

Still an improvement from when our football highlights kicked off with a logo from a 90s health and safety video and music similiar to the original 'The Bill' theme

I've heard that our new ground has been shelved and we will ground share with York's when theirs is built.
