Away at Donny

Away to Donny. We'll take about 5k there for our first game back in the league.

If our first game is away, wherever it is, even if it's Exeter or Yeovil, I reckon we'll take at least 1000.

5K is probably a little bit ambitious lol!!

Didn't you know we are now classed as tinpot? 100-200 at best.  ;)

It wouldn't surprise me. It'd be a new ground for almost all Mariners fans, less than an hour away, straight down the M180. It'd be at least 3k I reckon but more would definitely not surprise me.

Away at Donny

Surely the Donny games will be at Christmas time, Bank Holiday time.

Donny away would be my choice 👍🏾

Any home game. Big side would be good for atmosphere, but an opening day win would really get the feel good factor pumping.

I'd like a home game. Not bothered who.

Doncaster Rovers or Nottingham County away
Or Newport County then we win the "towns first game next season" comp
Well done Town!!

I reckon it will be against one of the teams relegated from league one.

If I had a preference and we win... Portsmouth at home.

Donny away I think 5 k is optimistic but wouldn't at all be surprised if we got near that

Blackpool. Now my nearest game. Playing a club with real history, back in the football league. Few pints on the golden mile (or in some much better pubs round the back streets) Town win 2-0 to show that we have every intention of making our way straight in to League 1.

There would be something ironic if it was Crawley ( I'm relieved it can't be sodding Burton). A nice away day Blackpool would be my preference. Really hope it's not Exeter away as I really want to go but I can't justify that distance and cost.

Blackpool, a team that play in orange, begin with the letter B and are not Braintree. Oh yes.
