Very sensible all round and I would think everyone who wants to travel will now get a ticket.

Hooray for the extra tickets!

Still have a little issue about no tickets posted. Am a Trust member and have managed to find a way to get to BP tonight but won't be able to get there again before Sunday. Am sure I won't be the only one in this position so hopefully something coud be worked out.

No worries, we can all congregate in the home ends. Or not if Braintree or the police are reading this.

TBF exiles are always going to miss out in a situation like this.

IMO season ticket holders have to come first and then stub holders/Trust members.

The club cannot win

I agree and will never argue that a Season Ticket holder should miss out for me!  However you do miss out a large category of exiled Trust members.  I am a member of the trust, and as I say I can get to BP tonight but no chance I will be able to get there again before Sunday.  Also if tickets get to general sale then exiles surley should have a chance to get them but as it stands short of driving to Grimsby on the Saturday and Braintree on the Sunday there is not chance.  The club could surley come up with someway for a some tickets to be collected on the day at Braintree I would of thought, even if it involved on club official being there and setting up a stand on the big field next to the ground.

Spray tan, hair gelled, skinny jeans and my best Essex accent. Nobody will bat an eyelid.

Maybe we should adopt a Man Utd type of arrangement with their supporters clubs around the country. The Southern Mariners (though unofficial at the moment) have 70 members and we are growing. Not for now but a guranteed (but small) allocation for paying Trust Exiles who affiliate via some scheme? If BT Sport hadn't mucked around with the away fixtures this season the Southern Exiles would have hosted an away game (this was actively being discussed with the Trust/club). ps - PM me if you want to join our Group - currently via a dedicated facebok page.

I did post something about this a while backin the run up to Guiseley away. Surely the Trust or club could organise a liasion officer so exiled fans can buy a ticket over the phone then pick them up on the day at the away ground/meeting point near the away ground?

It's a pity a TRUSTed member of the TRUST can't be TRUSTed to take any unsold tickets to Braintree on Sunday and sell them to exile fans! Or buy them for the exile and be reimbursed when collected.

You're up on the local lingo Pete.

Should any hypothetical Town fans hypothetically buying tickets in the home end adopt an East Anglian or an Estuary accent? Not that anyone would do such a thing.
