A potential sub-5000 gate?

http://www.grimsby-townfc.co.uk/news/article/town-v-braintree-4000-tickets-sold-3094025.aspx

Is it possible we can have a home sell out against Lincoln but can't sell 2/3rds of the ground for a play off semi-final??  ??)
