Probably pointless but just a bit of light hearted fun.

So this season is still early doors....and im wondering what others think our longest unbeaten run will be this season.

Mine

unbeaten in 11 games
6 wins on the bounce

Thought this was going to be about our current unbeaten run :)

6 wins on the bounce? Have we ever done that?

Win 1 game lose 1 game that's how it's going to be again this season

No point making another thread but do you guys ever check the nation league? After 10 games there is only one team that has lost only 1 game yet they sit only 4 points above relegation

EBBSFLEET won 1 drew 8 lost 1  ;D

In 2011-12 we had 6 league wins in a row, 7 in a row if you include the FA Trophy.

I seem to remember going to Halifax in 1990 (the day of the infamous burger van incident) on the back of six straight wins.

I remember that day too. I seem to think there were so many town fans that we got given the home end, and ended up drawing 2-2

I was there in the Halifax end as we had just moved there 2 years before, even as a 13 year old jumping up and down when the mariners scored was not a good idea especially when all my school buddies were Halifax supporters..
Seem to remember big Keith Alexander scored the second.
And yes town were given the Skircoat home stand, the only time i ever seen it full.

I think we got 8 wins on the bounce when promoted 62/63

This season we will manage 7 games unbeaten,

5 wins 2 draws. 8)

As a young lad I remember Town winning eleven games in a
row when in the Third Division ( North ) whilst Bill Shankly
was manager.

Wouldn't it be nice to match that !
