Think they have another promotion in them, and getting some really good players signed up tho seems strange that they would want to guve up a quality ground like bradley to play at what is basically a field at the linden club, surely playing there could curtail further possible promotions

They're developing it apparently so it complies with league regulations. Not sure how far they'll be able to go with it though as there'll be a limit to what they could build there.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,

The new ground scheme though is to sell off BP (presumably it'll be built over with houses).

Quality ground? Main issue is it is council owned and Clee get nothing from ground advertising or food/drink sales plus they have to pay to rent it

No reason they couldn't sell it to another football club. They could move in and start using it within a week

Doubt Cleethorpes Town would have the money to buy Blundell Park.
Personally, I wish them well and have watched them, but would not see them as an alternative to GTFC, despite all the current level of dissatisfaction.

Could well be the alternative when Fentys finally smashed our club to dust.

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.
