Sorry to say but Slade knows what he is doing,

Hurst never managed a win against Cheltenham.

Not sure what to make of that last 15 minutes or so,  a solid 1st half and a competent half hour of the 2nd almost undone. We seemed to be in control and soaking everything up and in Dembele we seemed to have an outlet that kept them nervy, surely Jaiyesimi for Dembele would have kept things in a similar vein?

Great 3 points, great display overall but we have to get the strikers striking.

Subs and change of formation put us onder the cosh a little at the end, Dembele was our release like you said but when Matt came on we became narrow opening the wings up to more crosses. Kelly coming on ment we were down to ten men, 3 noticable moments, get the ball on the wing going for a run shouting come on prove me wrong and got blown off the ball by the slightest of nudge, even put his foot in or even looked like he was trying to and wasn't capable of taking a throw in.

Pleased we've won.

A massive 3 points and a very good win against one of our bogey teams. So pleased for Dembele, and chuffed as can be that we have beaten that cheating dog excrement Cheatenham keep dropping you twits all the way back to non league.

Good win in the end but didn't get his choice of subs and  finally Kelly comes on. He is always five yards away from where the ball is, he chases opposing players but is never anywhere near them or close enough to tackle or block a pass, and cant even beat a man with a yards lead. He got the ball, one touch to go past him and trotted when he saw their player might get there at the same time lost the ball and 45 secs later its gone from their corner flag and into our net. You could see when he took his touch he had no belief whatsoever that he could beat his man. Needs binning asap. or loaning out to Scarboro to see if he can learn something from their wingers and get some confidence back
