Can you really see him playing for Town again.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you give him an excuse for him to escape from the wife and kids for the weekend and drink lots of beer.

This place is unbelievable.  Sending a player on recallable short term loan to get match fit seems very sensible but gets slagged off on here.

He should be staying and given a chance.
Can he do worse than the crop of excrement out there at the moment?????

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

It probably would be sensible apart from the fact we're woefully short of goalscoring talent.

Not sure. It makes sense in one way to get him game time but there's that nagging thought that he's been deemed as not applicable to Sladeball.

Too busy laughing at your self righteousness, talk about hubris.

There you go with your classical education again Friskney

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Sorry can't resist it.When I was young had to walk 3 miles to school barefooted mind you over broken glass ,had a bowl of nettlesoup at lunch if we were lucky, teachers used to flog us to inch of our lives then we had to thank them, you, tell the youngsters today and they don't believe you.
