He has not featured for a few weeks and I have not seen him around on match days. Nothing said by the club, unless I have missed it. Just wondered.

Yeah, i would agree with that. Tom has all the attributes but he doesn't cause enough damage. I suppose if he did, he wouldn't be in League 2.

I think lack of reserve league has had huge effect - managers need success and 'finished' product from day one and tend to go for experience, not least as they get no time to develop players... think Frank de Boer!
